At Peach Secrets, your satisfaction, safety, and privacy are our top priorities. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy and cannot accept returns on most items. Please review our policy below before placing your order.
🔒 Final Sale – Intimate & Hygienic Products
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on most items. The following product categories are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- All lingerie and intimate apparel, including but not limited to: bras, panties, thongs, bodystockings, bodysuits, teddies, mini dresses, harnesses, garter belts, chemises, and lingerie sets
- All sex toys and sexual wellness items (e.g., vibrators, plugs, insertables, strokers, couples’ toys)
- All wearable bondage or kink accessories with direct body contact, such as gags, clamps, and collars
- All hosiery, pasties, and open-contact intimate clothing
We enforce this policy to protect the health, safety, and comfort of all customers. Please review all sizing and product information carefully prior to purchase.
📦 Conditional Returns – Select Accessories
We may allow returns on specific non-insertive accessories such as restraints, swing gear, and rope accessories under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Returns must be approved in advance by our support team
To request a return, please email info@peachsecrets.ca with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item in its original packaging. Initial approval is conditional and does not guarantee store credit until the item is received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are solely the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the outcome of the final inspection. If the returned item meets our return conditions upon receipt, we will issue full-value store credit; otherwise, the store credit will be denied and the item may be returned to the customer at their request, with incurred shipping charges covered by the customer.
💳 Refund Methods
All eligible returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Store credit is issued at the full value of the returned item — no restocking or inspection fee applies. Credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.
🔍 Final Inspection Requirement
All returned items are subject to a strict final inspection upon receipt. If the item is found to be opened, worn, used, or not in its original sealed packaging, store credit will be denied.
While we may initially approve a return request based on customer-provided photos, the final decision will be made after physical inspection. We apply this process consistently to all returns to maintain hygiene and fairness.
Ineligible items will not be credited and will only be returned to the customer upon request, with shipping costs covered by the customer.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging, or a video showing the issue. We will gladly ship a replacement at no cost to you or issue full-value store credit once the item is determined to be defective or damaged.
We may, at our discretion, request that a claimed damaged or defective item be returned to us for further inspection or administrative purposes. In such cases, any replacement or store credit will only be issued after the item has been received and inspected.
If we request the return of an item for a damage or defect claim, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if upon inspection the item is determined to be not damaged or defective, the claim will be denied and no replacement or store credit will be issued.
We will share the results of our inspection and the final decision with the customer. If the customer wishes to have the item shipped back to them after a denied claim, they will be responsible for both the original return shipping costs (previously covered by us) and the reshipping charges to send the item back.
While we strive to provide outstanding care, we apply the same strict protocol to all defect and/or damage claims to ensure fairness and accuracy.
** Normal Product Characteristics
Due to the delicate nature of lingerie, certain features are inherent to the garment and are not considered defects. These include, but are not limited to: occasional rhinestone loss, heat-sealed (raw-cut) edges, temporary fabric impressions from packaging inserts, and the absence of sewn-in labels on lingeries. These characteristics do not affect the wearability or durability of the garment and therefore are not eligible grounds for return. For more details, please see our Common Questions About Lingerie.

- Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded in store credit, minus original shipping costs
