🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Peach Secrets, we’re committed to providing you with affordable, reliable, and discreet shipping for your intimate purchases. We work with reliable shipping partners such as Canada Post, UPS, and other trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. 

⏱ Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days(Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number provided once your order is shipped.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard tracked shipping within Canada usually takes 2–8 business days depending on destination.
• Express shipping options may be available at checkout which typically take 1–3 business days (e.g. Canada Post Xpresspost)
• Delivery standards are estimates; remote areas may take longer.

📦 Shipping Rates

Canadian Provinces

Flat rates are offered for lightweight parcels which can be shipped in bubble or poly mailers. Heavier or boxed items are not eligible for flat rates and the shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout.

Flat Rates:

• Ontario & Quebec
  • ≤ 0.6 kg: $12
  • > 0.6 kg: $15 (parcels over 0.6 kg incur an additional $3 shipping charge)
• All other provinces (BC, AB, SK, MB, NB, NS, PE, NL)
  • ≤ 0.6 kg: $15
  • > 0.6 kg: $18 (parcels over 0.6 kg incur an additional $3 shipping charge)
• Boxed / bulky items: Live Canada Post rates shown at checkout (based on weight/dimensions/destination).

Territories (YT, NT, NU)

• Not eligible for free shipping.
• Shipping rates will be calculated at the checkout depending on chosen shipping option.
• Expect longer transit times to northern/remote communities.

🆓 Free Shipping

• Free shipping on orders $69+ to Canadian provinces (Ontario, Quebec, and all other provinces).
• Excluded: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut (territories).
• Threshold is based on order subtotal, before tax and after discounts.
  

How shipping is calculated

• Shipping is based on your order’s total weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Lightweight items usually qualify for our flat-rate mailer pricing; boxed/bulky items use live carrier rates.
• Multiple items packaging: We consolidate whenever possible. If final postage is lower than the checkout estimate, we’ll refund any shipping overage after we purchase the label.

🔍 Tracking & Packaging

• All Standard and Express shipments include tracking; Standard typically includes carrier liability coverage up to $100.
• Every order ships in discreet packaging for your privacy.

📬 Shipping to Apartments, Condos, or P.O. Boxes

• We ship to P.O. boxes, condos, and apartment addresses.
• Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout, including unit or buzzer numbers if applicable.
  
• Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
• Re-delivery due to incorrect/insufficient address may incur additional postage.

🚫 Delays & Lost Packages

• Once handed to the carrier, delays due to weather, volume, or remote access are outside our control which we are not responsible for. 
  
• If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at info@peachsecrets.ca and we’ll help initiate an investigation with Canada Post.
