How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Canadian orders typically arrive in 2–8 business days, depending on location.
🔁 Returns & Store Credit
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We offer store credit for approved returns of unused, unopened items in original packaging. Most intimate items (e.g. lingerie, toys, wearable bondage gear) are final sale for hygiene reasons. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect/damaged or incorrect item.
