- Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD (before taxes and discounts).
- Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking number once your order is on the way.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to Peach Secrets or the nature of the contents.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.
- All orders are shipped via Canada Post using the most affordable tracked option available.
- U.S. shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by U.S. authorities.
- All items are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging to ensure your privacy.
If you reside outside of North America and are interested in a specific item, please contact us directly at info@peachsecrets.ca and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
📬 Shipping to Apartments, Condos, or P.O. Boxes
- We ship to P.O. boxes, condos, and apartment addresses.
- Please ensure your address is complete, including unit or buzzer numbers if applicable.
- Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
🚫 Delays & Lost Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, postal disruptions, or other forces beyond our control.
- If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@peachsecrets.ca and we’ll help initiate an investigation with Canada Post.
